Navigation Menu : Management/Ordering
Objectives : Manage suspension or reactivation orders for mobile numbers by sending the order to your distributor by email.
Click on at the top right. Choose the blue button to the left : " Mobile "
Select the carrier if you need to and search for the numbers (from the same billing account)
All the selected numbers will be placed in the renewal table at the bottom.
Then click on
Select the choice "Suspend" (or Reactivate) in the pop-up:
Fill in the mandatory fields marked *
Choose the Type of order; Click on
At the bottom, under , choose an action (depends on your access)
At the top, under , you can show the email that will be sent with the order
Next , then confirm this action by clicking
Your order has been placed, you will be returned to the order list.
