Navigation Menu: Settings/Catalog Management
Objective: Create accessories compatible with each device model so that they appear when ordered depending on the selected device.
- In the tab Click on
- Enter the model in the field
- Choose the manufacturer in the field
Since it’s an accessory, choose « Accessories » in the field « Type »:
Otherwise, the accessory will be invisible when ordering.
- Side Note: To add the created accessory to one or several client catalogs at the same time, click on the Customer field above and select the client catalog which you want to add this accessory to.
The accessory will have been added to the Distributor and Client catalog.
- Next, you must manage the accessory compatibilities with the devices in the tab
Select the terminal templates you would like to link with the compatible accessories:
Check the accessories compatible with the selected equipment then close:
Next, go to the tab "Customer Devices" to attach the accessories to order types:
Select the accessories and choose the action then
Select the associated order type then click on Close
