Navigation Menu: Settings/Catalog Management
Objective: Should a device or accessory be out of stock, you can quickly remove it temporarily from one or several client’s catalogs, to then make it available again.
- Click on the tab
In the field enter all or part of the brand or model, then click on
1. Click on « Modify » in the model area
2. Check the box : « Suspended ».
Side Note: By default, the device will be suspended for all of your clients. Otherwise, you can select the specific clients to suspend it from their order catalog.
3. Click on
- The device will be shown highlighted in yellow in the catalogue, Distributor equipment and Client equipment tabs.This cannot be selected in the ordering process for the client(s) concerned by the suspension.
- To make the device available in the catalogue you just have to uncheck the box: « Suspended», then Validate.
