Navigation Menu : Settings/Organization Management
Objective : Identify by carrier, unassigned lines for your organisation, meaning that they appear in the carrier organization, but not in the client organisation.
First select, on the left-hand side, the client organization :
Then, on the right-hand side, choose the carrier organization and check the box "Unassigned lines":
Select the carrier accounts or sub-accounts then click on
You can also search by unassigned line by entereing the phone number, without spaces, in the search box at the right:
To export the unassigned lines to a file, click on
