Navigation Menu: Management/Fleet Management
Objective: You can open a ticket and contact customer service for a device when it breaks down or has problems. This actions automatically generates an email to the distributor, if configured, to manage the service performed.
- You will be taken to the incident reporting area where you can describe the problem.
- By clicking on « Submit » an email is automatically sent to the distributor contact in charge of customer service.
Side Note: If only one contact is configured to receive email for customer service, the email will be automatically sent without having to select the recipient from the drop-down menu.
