What is Blueprint?
mytem360 US now integrates with the main US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Rogers). Orders placed in mytem360 are transmitted for these carriers via the Blueprint API directly to the relevant carrier.
| ℹ️ This feature is available only on mytem360 US. |
Actions supported via the Blueprint API
The following actions are supported:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Line activation | Creation of a new line with an order for a device and a SIM. |
| Line activation with number portability | Creation of a new line while keeping the existing phone number (transfer from another carrier). |
| Equipment renewal | Replacement of the device on an already active line, without changing the number or subscription. |
| Activation on existing equipment | Opening a line on a device already in inventory with an order or reuse of a SIM. |
What this changes in mytem360
| Module | New Feature |
|---|---|
| Catalog Management (Settings) |
An SKU field must be filled in for each item (device, subscription, option). It links the mytem360 item to its Blueprint reference at AT&T and determines its transmission to the API during an order. |
| Order Module |
A "Master Account" filter allows displaying only items associated with a Master Account. Colored badges on the tiles visually identify the Master Account(s) of each item. |
Blueprint Configuration
Activation of the integration requires initial configuration (setting up Master Accounts, associating items, etc.). This configuration is reserved for administrators and will be covered in dedicated guides.
| ✅ If your organization uses Blueprint and the integration is not yet active on your mytem360 US instance, contact your Saaswedo representative. |
