Principles and definitions in Mybox360 |
Mybox360 replaces the module Container in the previous mytem version and proposes new features based on a new philosophy in the Mytem360 suite.
Mybox360 is more than just a storage where you can retrieve one-time reports. It is now a space where you can retrieve all your reports, whether one-time or recurrent, dating within three months of the report creation. It allows you to see who created a report, the recipients if it is disseminated, and other details such as the time frame and scope being analyzed in a report.
Columns
Status > refers to the status of the report being generated. It can be "available", "in progress" when it currently generates data, "error" or "partially generated". "Partially generated" may mean that a report has been successfully sent only to some of the recipients in a given mailing list.
Report > refers to the name of a report, which may be called differently depending on the language of the interface used (US, French, Spanish). A tiny flag indicating the language and currency of a report appears next to the name of the report.
contains other information such as the identity of the person who generated and sent a report to multiple recipients. This feature is active only when a recipient is logged in to her mytem360 account.
Date > date and time when the report was created (the information appears in a rollover with the cursor pointing on the date).
Product Group > refers to the product group defined for a given report (mobile lines, fixed phone lines, data lines).
Type > the type of document found in Mybox360 (csv, Excel).
- Report: report creation in the module Reports 360 with only one recipient.
- Campaign: report creation in the module Reports 360 with multiple recipients
- Document: a document or report added by a third party (such as an administrator) having access to document sharing in the company
- Export: a special export created in the module Reports 360, which is downloadable only in Mybox360 due to file size constraints (huge file size).
Recipients > refer to the recipients in the mailing list. "Me" indicates that the only recipient is the one who created the report in mytem360 (usually the user logged in to her account). If an "Email" is indicated, it means that the recipient of the report is not the one who created the report in question. If "x3" is indicated, it means that there are three recipients in the mailing list. Clicking on "x3" will show exactly who received the emails.
Extension > refers to the report's extension (xls, csv, pdf...) You can also see the file size here.
Scope > scope which covers the report created. If this field is empty, it means that scope information is given in the "Campaign" details of a given dissemination.
Period > time-frame being analyzed in a report
Unitary actions (actions possible in one given row of Mybox360):
In addition to downloading the available reports, the only action in Mybox360 is to re-launch a report that has en "error" status.
If a report has an error, then the icon at the end of the row gives you the possibility to re-launch the report with the same scope defined as its inital creation.
In case the error persists, it is likely that certain scopes may need to be checked (maybe improperly defined), and start over the report creation.
