Edit the quantity of an order in progress |
Below is the procedure for modifying the quantity of a current order.
1 / In the order module, choose your pack and its quantity, add it to the basket and validate it.
2 / In the configurator, click on "Automatic distribution" if the tool asks you to do so, then on "Continue".
NB: if you order a single item, the allocation is automatic, so you don't need to do anything.
3 / Fill in the order information, then proceed to order processing
4 / You're now on the order entry screen.
You can now modify the order quantity.
In the sub-order section, click on the quantity number to bring up the quantity modification screen.
To increase quantity, click on until the desired quantity is reached.
To reduce quantity, click on until the desired quantity is reached.
Confirm your action each time by clicking on "Submit".
4 / Once the order is complete, you can choose the "Modify the order" action to modify the quantities.
5 / In the sub-orders on the right, you'll find the quantities you can modify.
NB: If the order includes collaborators associated with quantities, and you delete employees, the quantity number changes dynamically to display the actual quantity after deletion.
Please note:
If your order has been validated by an N+1, it will no longer be possible to modify order quantities.
If the order not requiring internal validation has been sent directly to your partner, who has acknowledged receipt, it will also no longer be possible to modify order quantities.
