Order several accessories in different quantities at once

	Order accessories of different types and quantities in a single order

This order is only possible if the accessories are part of the same order pack and come from the same distributor. This is a prerequisite for building an accessories catalog.

1/ Go to Order -> Order module

2/ Add the various accessories with their desired quantities to the basket, then click on Validate cart.

3/ In the configurator, click on "Automatic distribution".

4/ Your accessories and their quantities are displayed in a single order. Click on “Continue” to order accessories of different types and quantities in a single order.

5/ Enter your order information, then click on “Proceed to order processing”.

6/ Fill in the usual order fields (Management group, Distributor/Supplier, Locations, Email):

You will see (on the right of the screen) the accessories and their quantities:

• in blue, the initial quantity
• in red, the quantity to come after distribution* (see below)6/ Fill in the usual order fields (Management group, Distributor/Supplier, Sites, Email):

7/ If you need to associate an employee to all these accessories, proceed as follows:

 7.a In the "Employees" section, click on "add an employee":

 - 7.b Then click on “Associate an employee”.

- 7.c Select the employee for whom you wish to order all these accessories, then click on Select :

- 7.d Then click on “Add/remove accessories”.

- 7.e The platform displays the list of accessories ordered.

Click on “Select all” to have the quantities automatically filled with the total quantities ordered, then click on "Submit".

- 7.f After submitting the order, the accessories and their quantities are displayed for the selected associate:

* The quantity of accessories (1st digit) is indicated vs. the total ordered (2nd digit).

- 7.g Proceed with your order:

- 7.h In order management, there is a single order for all the accessories and quantities you have specified:

Repeat steps 7.a to 7.d.

- 8.e The platform displays the list of accessories ordered.

The quantity of accessories remaining unassigned (but which will still be ordered) is displayed in red on the right of the screen:
