When you're about to place an order, mytem360 lets you know when a piece of equipment is available.

There are three possible statuses:

Available status
More than 10 items in stock

"Unavailable soon" status

Less than 10 devices in stock

Unavailable status

The equipment is out of stock. The "Add to cart" button is grayed out.

The stock count is performed and updated in mytem360 when the distributor acknowledges receipt of the order.

It is possible for the status of a piece of equipment to change from "Soon unavailable" to "Unavailable" between the time an order is placed and the time the distributor acknowledges receipt.

In this case, a popup will appear on the distributor's screen when it acknowledges receipt of the order. 

The distributor will then contact the customer to decide how to proceed with the order (order cancellation, order modification, etc.).
