You will find below the procedure for specifying a delivery site and a recipient as a back-up to the main site and recipient.
1 / In the order module, select the item pack to be ordered. Then validate the cart.
2 / Once you've gone through the automatic configurator and order wording steps, you'll be taken to the order information page.
- In the "Sites" section, once you have entered the "Delivery address" information;
- In the "delivery address 2" box, move the cursor right to select this option.
- Indicate your delivery address (mandatory, can be the same as the main address if you only need to indicate the name of a back-up recipient) and your back-up recipient, then validate.
You can click on the icon to quickly find the the recipient (this must of course be present in the management group in which you are placing your order).
There's an "Instructions" box you can fill in if you need to make any additional comments.
3 / Continue with your order until its final completion.
