Backdating the client organization of a given line

It is possible to backdate a line assignment to several months. Backdating can be done by choosing the function "Spread assignment" in the more menu button. This choice will only appear if the line is currently assigned to a client organization.

A window appears to let you choose the number of months to backdate the organization.

After clicking on  two indicators will appear to confirm that the backdating has been done successfully.

• A message in the upper right corner of the application
• An orange highlight in the line where the backdating was applied

These indicators will last for a few seconds.
