View order details and perform management actions |
The purpose of this sheet is to display the details of a main command and to describe how to perform actions on sub-commands.
When you consult a main command, you can view the sub-commands associated with the operation.
1 - Main order
Details of the main order are given below:
- order number
- ordering party
- manager
- creation and modification date
- status
- total amount
- number of sub-orders
The main command may contain one or more sub-commands.
2. Sub-order search
Sub-orders can be searched using advanced filters based on scope or invoicing criteria.
Perimeter search on :
- Management group
- Status
- Condition
- Distributor
Search by Billing on :
- Supplier
- Billing account
- Billing sub-account
Then click on "Submit" to confirm the selected filters.
3. Sub-order list
Sub-orders or child orders take the number of the main command, with the addition of the -001, ..., -00x suffix, depending on the number of sub-orders.
You can arrange and modify grid fields by clicking on .
Click on the sub-order number to view the detailed order form.
Actions at the end of row allow you to:
- Order details: view order details (see Detailed order sheet), indicated as the first action in the image below.
By clicking on "See logs" you can view all the actions performed on the sub-order.
- Fill in inventory information : IMEI, serial number, phone number, SIM
- Display order in PDF
- Follow package delivery information (if configured)
- Pull out exports
4. Sub-order management
1. Click on the colored status bar to view actions taken on the sub-order.
A time line displays :
- the date of the action
- the person who performed the action
- the action performed
2. Click on this icon to display the list of possible actions on the suborder.
This action list is linked to your order workflow profile. It is also reduced as the workflow progresses.
3. Click on the chosen action. Examples of the actions in a workflow are shown below. Depending on the client's own workflow, this can be simplified or more nuanced.
- Confirm order reception
- Confirm delivery
- Cancel
- Send order by e-mail
- Ship order
- Partial delivery
- Put on hold
- Modify order
- Activate line
The actions that will be displayed in the history of actions vary according to your rights (ex. the photo only displays the "activate line" action: this means that the user only has the right to complete this action).
A window for setting the parameters of the e-mail to be sent appears, depending on the action chosen.
4. Email
- Select recipient email from the list of available recipients
- Add copy recipients by entering email addresses
- Modify email content. A preview of the e-mail is displayed on the right.
Click on "Submit".
The time line is refreshed with the action performed.
You can perform successive actions by clicking on after each action has been validated, and end the order by clicking on "close".
