Log of actions in the order module

	Consult the log of actions made for orders and sub-orders

The "log of actions" from the Order menu allows you to see the logs of all the management actions made in the order module ever since the time of its opening until the present date.

An export of all these logs can be generated. 

This guide shows: 

1. How to access the "log of actions"
2. A description of the data displayed
3. How to export the data.

1 - Access "log of actions"

In the menu on the left of mytem:

1. Click on Order, then
2. Click on Log of actions (action history)

2 - The data displayed

Each line of data displayed in the table corresponds to an action performed. You will find 4 columns: 

• Management group (pool): which specifies the management group in which the action was made
• User: indicates the first and last name of the user who made the action
• Order number
• Suborder number
• Action:describes the action made, for example "Line 06xxxxxxxx has been unassigned from collaborator Y"
• Date: shows the date when the action was made, for example "15/04/2021 16:06"

You can search   or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column titles.

The number of items is indicated at the top of the table:
