All you need to know about the catalog |
The purpose of this article is to summarize all the information you need to know about the catalog, the gateway to placing your orders.
1 - General information
The catalog references all types of orders and their contents (bundles, plans, devices, sim cards, and accessories).
You can order products related to the mobile, fixed-line or IT services segments.
It is possible to order items from different suppliers (vendors) and distributors (The Phone Company, Micro Center, Ecotopia).
The visibility of packs and their contents depends on the type of orders your login is authorized for. An example could be a VIP employee bundle or a standard employee bundle.
It can be accessed via the Order / Ordering menu in mytem360.
You can export the catalog via the action in the top right-hand corner.
1 - Search and advanced filters
A search box lets you quickly look up the name of a bundle, a phone, etc.
You can refine your search using the advanced filters on the right.
1 - Perimeter search possible by:
* Provider
* Distributor
* Pack (bundle)
2 - Search by Category/Type (equipment, accessories, sim cards):
* category
* type
3 - Search by Price:
* a price between a minimum and a maximum amount
4 - Search by equipment brand or model
5 - Search by CSR Score
2 - Sticky menus
The catalog structure is broken down into 6 sticky menus.
Clicking on the menu name takes you to the particular section indicated.
1 - The Bundle (Packs)
Contains all items related to your order type (bundles, plans, options, devices, etc.).
ATTENTION: If an item is not present in a bundle, this means that it has not been pre-set up.
A bundle can be made up of several elements (e.g. one provider, one sim, one device) or only simply one item- a phone.
This structure is therefore linked to the order type settings of your catalog.
You can enter the bundle details by clicking on "more details" (this icon) to see its contents.
The window will display all items, including the price of each item.
2 - Device, bundles, options, accessories and SIM Cards
These items can be ordered separately, even if you do not order a bundle. This is like ordering a single item outside of a given kit.
You can access them individually (meaning outside a bundle) by clicking on the sticky menu name.
To place an order for one or more bundles, see Placing an order for one or several bundles.
To place an order for one or more single items, see Place an order for one or more single items
