How to order a single item from the catalog by the unit or in bulk |
This guide is made to show you how to order an item (device, package, options, accessories, blank sim) individually or in bulk.
1 - Using the product groups
Go to the product group containing the item to be ordered.
For example: for the creation of a single line, click on the "Plans" product group.
To order a device, the group "Devices" apply, etc.
In our example, the different packages are displayed. Locate your package, select the commitment period corresponding to your company contract and click on add to cart to order your item. Then validate the cart.

Select a commitment period, if there is any.
You will get to the Configurator (See General information on the configurator )
NB1: if you need to order the same item several times, change the quantity in the shopping cart.
NB2: if a single item ordered is part of several packages (order profile), you have the possibility to choose the source order profile of your item by selecting it as follows:
Then fill in the information related to the content of the order (mandatory for : Label, Management group, Distributor/Supplier, Sites, email; optional for: collaborators, portability, sim in stock) until its final validation:

If you need to open a line with a sim in stock, do not put a blank sim in the cart. If you add one then you will not be able to access the "sim in stock" section to fill in your sim (the section will be grayed out; the software understands that by requesting a blank sim with your plan, you do not have a sim in stock).
If a blank sim is not attached to your package order and you do not use the "in stock sim" option, a blank sim will be "embedded" automatically in the order.
