CConsult the log of actions made in Mytem360 by users |
Mytem360 makes available the history of actions performed in mytem :
- on actions performed on items contained in the Asset Management module
- actions performed on orders in the Order module
- on the settings made on the account in the Account Management module.
1 - History of actions carried out in the Fleet Management module.
1. On a specific item in the fleet management
- Once you have located the item in the fleet management, click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line, and click on View history :
- A new window "History of actions" opens and shows for each modification made on this supplier :

- the User who made the action
- the Description of the action
- the Effective date

You have the possibility to search on all the displayed data:
You can also search or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
Use the button to retrieve the displayed data in .csv format
2. On all the management actions performed on the module
The "History of actions" module, accessible from the "Management" menu, allows you to display the history of all the management actions performed on the fleet management module since its activation, without time limit.
The module also allows you to display the history of the actions of elements excluded from a management group or from the entire fleet.

2 - Log of actions carried out in the Order module.
1. On a specific order or sub-order in the order module
- Go to the Order module/Order management:
- Search for your order or sub-order using the various search tools available to you.
- Once you have found your order, click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line, and click on View history:
- The possibilities offered afterwards are the same as those seen in point 1.1 of this same sheet.
2. On all the management actions carried out on the command module
The "Action history" module, accessible from the "Order" menu, allows you to display the history of all the management actions performed on the order module since its activation, without time limit.

In the account management module, it is possible to consult the history of actions carried out to set up the account and the different profiles in the sections

You just have to click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row, then click on "See logs"
