How to access the "Detail" view?
When you are on the map, right-click on a site marker or on a grouping ("cluster" is the term used on mytem), then click on "Show detail".
What does the "Detail" view offer?
This view offers, in split screen, a table listing all the objects in the inventory:
- associated with the location (in the case of a single marker)
- associated with all the locations of the cluster (in the case of a location cluster)
Features to utilize the table data
Upon entering the "Detail" view, a table lists all the objects associated with the location:
Several default "Profiles" are offered via the field library to focus the table information around a particular type of object:
- Line
- Device
- SIM
- User
As with all mytem360 tables offering the field library, you also have the possibility
- to create your own "Profiles" to display only the information you want
- to share these profiles if you wish and if you have the required rights
- to use profiles shared by other users to have relevant shared views
A click on the cross at the top right allows you to exit the split screen mode and return to the normal map display. A simple click on the map also allows you to exit this view.
The Export function allows you to retrieve your table data in MyBox360 in csv or xlsx format.
By clicking on "Informations" you directly display the "Information" tab of the corresponding location or location cluster.
Pin the details to the right or bottom of the screen
A click on the 3 small dots at the top right allows you to change the screen sharing:
Two configurations are offered:
- Pin down: The table is positioned at the bottom and the map at the top of the screen
- Pin right: The table is positioned on the right and the map on the left
