How to access the "Information" view?
When you are on the map, right-click on the location marker or cluster, then click on "Display informations".
What does the "Information" view offer?
This split-screen view offers
In the header:
The location label (in case of a single marker):
The label "X location clusters" where x represents the number of sites in the group (in case of a group of sites):
This view consists of 4 sections:
Site Details
For a marker:
This section provides some key information about the location:
- Address
- Internal code
- Reference
- Technology
- Number of vendors (distinct and linked to the location, current management group scope)
For a cluster: The "Location Details" section is not offered because we display a set of locations.
Asset Management
For a single location: This section shows the number of objects associated with this location and present in the asset pool, as well as the number of ongoing service requests or orders.
For a location cluster: This section shows the aggregation of the number of objects associated with these locations and present in the fleet, as well as the number of ongoing service requests or orders.
Number of employees
Number of lines
Number of devices
Number of SIM cards
Number of ongoing service requests
Number of ongoing orders
Budget (for the current fiscal year)

For a single location: The scope taken into account is the selected site.
For a location cluster: The scope taken into account is all the sites included in the group (aggregation of data from all locations).
- Amount: Budgeted amount for the current fiscal year at the complete organization level of the site
- Actual: Total amount invoiced to date during the fiscal year compared to the initial budget (in %). The indicator is displayed in green if it is below 100%, and in red if it is above 100%.

Carbon Footprint
For a single location: The scope is the selected site.
For a location cluster: The scope is all the sites included in the group (aggregation of data from all sites)
This section offers:
- Cumulative usage carbon weight (in KgCO2e): Sum of the score of all equipment in the site
- Average depreciation duration calculated over all equipment within the scope taken into account.
Option to switch to the "Detail" view
By clicking on "Detail" you directly display the "Detail" tab of the corresponding site or group of sites.
Pin the details to the right or bottom of the screen
Clicking on the 3 small dots at the top right allows you to change the screen split:
Two configurations are offered:
- Pin down: The table is positioned at the bottom and the map at the top of the screen
- Pin right: The table is positioned on the right and the map on the left
