	Site import matrix

In the fleet management module, the "Site" matrix is used to

• update the site associated with a line of associated objects in the fleet (employee, line, equipment, etc.)
• update site information
• create a site

To retrieve and redeposit the completed "Site" matrix

Go to Management -> Inventory management -> then click on Import, and download the "Site" Matrix.

To access the "Import" button, you must select a management group. Please note that when you submit the completed matrix for import, it will be updated for all UUIDs concerned, regardless of the management group selected.

Once the matrix has been completed according to your requirements, resubmit it using the Import button:

Update the site linked to a line of associated objets in the fleet (employee, line, devices, ...)

To update the site linked to a line of associated objects in the fleet, use :

• the Line UUID
• the Site UUID 

Line UUID -> Corresponds to the unique ID of an object association line in the inventory.

To retrieve a Line UUID, simply export the inventory from the Inventory Management module. It is indicated in the first column.

Site UUID -> Corresponds to a single site declared in account management

To retrieve a Site UUID, simply export sites from the Settings -> Account administration -> Manage your physical locations module. The UUID is indicated in the first column of the exported file.

After processing the matrix, the site is correctly associated with objects of the fleet:

To create a new site (which is not present in the inventory) to be directly associated to your objects : 

Leave the site UUID field blank and fill in the mandatory and optional site information fields as required.

The site will be associated with your objects in the park and will be automatically created in the account management module.

To update a site :

Enter the site UUID you wish to update, and fill in one or more of the following fields to update them:

• ADDRESS 1
• ADDRESS COMPLEMENT
• POSTAL CODE
• COMMUNE
• REGION
• COUNTRY
• INTERNAL CODE
• REFERENCE
• INSTALLATION ?
• DELIVERY ?
• INVOICING ?
• OPENING DATE
• CLOSING DATE
• COMMENTS

To create a new site without association

Leave the UUID Line field empty and fill in the mandatory fields for site creation. The site will simply be created in the site management module for future use.

BEWARE :

If the UUID line or site indicated in the matrix does not exist, the line in question will not be updated.
