	Customize columns in the inventory module

The inventory comes up with a default view. This view can be customized, and different views are called Profiles in mytem360. Notice the tiny indicator to the top right of the inventory when you get into this module.

To customize the columns:

1. Make sure that you are in a client management group. Click on the switcher (waffle-like icon) to the left of the screen.

2. A window opens. Click on the switcher with the plus sign.

3. Enter the profile name that you would like. Click on the check mark to the right of the field.

4. Scroll down to see the choices available. Each choice in the field library (squares) represent a column in the grid. Click on the plus sign if you would like to add this information in the grid. You can also use the search field to search "Provider" or "BAN" for example.

5. Close the field library by clicking on the main switcher.

6. The field Provider is now part of the grid.

 

7. To rearrange the columns in the grid, point the mouse to the header, hold it down, glide towards the left and release.

You can add up to 30 columns in the grid.
