How to revoke a user's rights to the end user application |
To revoke a user's rights, go to Management/Inventory
Locate the user of interest. At the end of the row where her name is indicated, click on the more menu button represented by three vertical buttons .
After clicking on "Revoke end user application" a window pops-up to confirm the action:
After clicking on , the slider switches from blue to red. As you glide your mouse over the slider, a message appears indicating that the apllication's status is "Revoked".
We have seen how to revoke the end user for one employee. You can also revoke several users at the same time. To be able to do this, simply tick on the box to the left of the user's name. Then to the rightmost area of the Inventory headers, locate the button. Right-click on this button and choose "Revoke end user application".
After clicking on "Revoke end user application" a window pops-up to confirm:
After clicking on the sliders switch from blue to red. Gliding the mouse over the slider shows a message showing the end user status "Revoked".
