2 - Apply filters to your order list

4 - View order action history
5 - View order details
6 - Customize Order Management module fields (columns)
1 - Use the search bar
As soon as you log on to the order management module, the following search box appears at the top of the page:
The results of your search depend on the perimeter to which you are connected (the perimeter is indicated in the top right-hand corner of your window).
To optimize your searches, the list of searchable fields applies to the fields you see underlined (e.g. parent order, label, etc.).
2 - Apply filters to your order list
Clicking on "Advanced filters" brings up all the order management filters available to you.
These filters are organized around the Perimeter and Billing themes.
As shown in the image below, you can filter your orders to display only those with a "closed" status.
Click on "submit" to apply the filters.
3 - Export your order list
The button allows you to generate a file containing a list of all your orders. Once generated, this file can be downloaded from the Mybox360 module. This file is in CSV format.
4 - View an order's action history
By clicking on the button at the end of an order line, you can view all the actions performed on the order.
5 - View order details
By clicking on one of the underlined fields of an order (Parent order, Label, Reference) you can access its details.
The Order details page allows you to view additional information about your order, and to track the progress of each of the sub-orders that make up your order (workflow).
