Actions to perfom on a user login |
1. Create a new user
You can easily create a new user that can access the client environment.
1. Create a new user
1. In the welcome page click on Settings and then User administration to access the User administration page.
2. Click on .
3. You will arrive at a window where you can enter the details of a new user. Fill in the required fields marked by an asterisk (email, first name, last name). Click on Save. The user is now created.
4. The user created will get an email message confirming the creation of his new login. The email also informs her that her mytem login (user name) is her email adress.
Password creation through the link provided in the email is a required step.
5. By clicking on the link, the new user will be taken to a password creation window.
2. Open rights to the new user
The user has been created, having a login and password.
However, she does not have the subscription to the modules yet. If the modules subscription has not been completed, the new user will not access mytem despite the username and password provided.

1. As soon as the new user has been created, mytem will display a band containing access rights to each of the mytem section (Access, Pool, Profile, etc...) in the name of the user.
2. Click on then on . You will get to a page where you define the scope.
If you need the new user to access the entire environment, click on Global view.
If this is not the case, you can define a smaller scope by vendor (carrier) or by client environment.

3. Subscription to the modules in the client environment appears.
4. Click anywhere on the row containing the client environment. The modules which you can subscribe to appear.
5. Glide the tiny ruler in grey from left to right in the modules that you would like the user to subscribe to. They will turn blue to indicate that the subscription is on.
6. If you need the new user to access other sections in mytem, click on the other sections to open the rights.

2. Edit a user's access rights
1. In the welcome page, click on Settings then User administration.
2. Next to the login you would like to edit, click on the actions button then on Edit.
The iconnext to the Edit button lets you open the profile in a different web page.
3. You will get to the profile page containing the user's access rights.
