This Wednesday 5 April 2023, mytem users can see new improvements in the application as listed below:
1. Home page:
A new KPI called "invoice" displays the list of invoices and their status per month. The invoice KPI lets you redirect to the module "list of invoices" via a drill-through design.
The standard inventory report now shows the two new latest custom fields for each item type (object) in the inventory such as employee, device, phone number, and sim. This pertains to custom field #9 and #10.
a) Custom fields #9 and #10 are available for:
b) Rearranging library fields with the addition of SIM 1, SIM 2 and eSIM sections.
c) Addition of custom fields #9 and #10 in the field library for the following sections
- Line 1 (phone number 1)
- Line 2 (phone number 2)
- SIM/SAM 1
- SIM/SAM 2
d) Taking into account the customizable fields #9 and #10 in the import functionnalities for employees, devices, phone lines, SIM and sites.
e) Creation of a new import allowing the mass update of the "Budget" field dedicated to the phone number.
f) The possibility to delete of inventory products that have been added manually.
4. Account administration:
a) Customization of the fields #9 and #10 where users can put their own headers such as PIC, ZPIC, etc.
b) Customization of status and actions related to invoice audit.
5. List of invoices:
a) Duplication of a manually created invoice on the next period,
b) Possibility to attach a PDF copy ofo a manually created invoice.
c) Display of personalized actions and statuses.
d) The list of entries of the dynamic status filter according to the dataset of the grid.
6. Line list:
a) Optimized redirection to the table from the line list for lines whose billing frequency is other than monthly.
b) Addition of new fields in the library of the grid fields:
- line segment
- line type
- cost breakdown
7. Organization management:
Development of mass import of budgets, alert types and recipients associated with an organization.
8. Login management:
a) Update of the address feild in the employee information.
b) Formatting of the phone number in the employee information according to the selected country.
c) Redesign of the "Subscription" section.
d) New export function in the "Subscriptions" section.
9. Saaswedo APIs:
a) The endpoints below have been updated, where fleet refers to the inventory module.

b) Improvements in multiple line assignments
- new user path
- assigning lines to 50 organization nodes (for example cost center) compared to 20 in previous mytem versions.
