On Tuesday September 22, a new version of mytem360 will be available with various new features regarding security, the inventory module, and new functionalities in invoice list, lines list, as well as the new end user application.

Here is a list of the new features and their descriptions:

• Password expiration

For tighter security reasons, passwords will now have a validity date. A mytem password is valid for 180 days. You will be able to see this expiration date in the Login Administration or in the user information sheet through the tooltip showing a user's latest connection.

• Reports

The list of multiple reports have been further enriched with a new report covering user connection statistics.

• Customizing fields in the Inventory Management

We are constantly developing the customization of the mytem360 interface. This release allows you to rename the headers in the inventory. The customized labels will be taken into account in the exports pulled from the module.

• Customizing the "Location" field

From now on, it is possible to display the labels of the sites and their full address by type (employee, line, equipment, SIM / SAM) in the list of customizable fields available in the Inventory Management. This allows data to be displayed in the table of inventory itself, as well as in the exports pulled from the module.

• Importing inventory

To make it esier for you to upload inventory data, this time mytem lets you upload new information like:

• • • RIO codes
    • BYOD type of devices
    • BYOL type of lines
    • eSIM and dualSIM, 
    • importing customized data in the SIM (SAM) information sheet.

• Invoice list

The invoice list has been upgraded so that you can see all the information on the invoices uploaded into mytem360 in a glance.

  • This new functionality will also allow you to display the lines of an invoice not assigned to an organization,

• End-User

Enduser is a new mobile application that informs and educates company employees about their costs and uses in fixed and mobile telephony and in IT services. This solution allows its users to access numerous indicators divided between subscriptions and consumption so that they can optimize their telecom management.
