Starting 12 December 2023, users will see major changes in the Mytem360 platform.
Consolidated View
The Consolidated view allows users to look at data from different client environments simultaneously.
This functionality is possible for users that have:
- a login associated with the SAASWEDO, TAAS, or CBI membership group. If you are interested to activate this functionality, please contact your Saaswedo sales representative.
- at least two client environments associated with the membership group.
Access to the Consolidated View
- From the environment management window by adding a new Consolidated View section.
- From the breadcrumb on the application’s toolbar. The Consolidated option view appears when hovering the cursor over the active perimeter.
Multiple Environment Management
The Consolidated view allows multiplying user sessions within the same browser. For example, it will be possible to display the Consolidated view in one tab, client environment B (root) in a second tab, and client environment C in a third tab without the risk of disconnection or data leakage between different environments.
This release impacts three modules:
- Order Management
- Log of actions
- Mybox360
Order Management
Order management shows all the orders on the Consolidated view. You can sort and/or filter on all the headings. The orders will be shown for a default of 30 days. A hyperlink allows the user to access the sub-order via a new tab, provided they have the necessary permissions (access to the client environment and management group). Advanced filters are also available.
Action History (Action log)
This screen displays the consolidated history of order actions associated with all sub-orders present on the Consolidated view. Unlike the log found in the client environment (root) view, the data displayed by default is for the last 30 days.
Mybox360
The Mybox360 module of the Consolidated view allows retrieving exports from order management and action history. An option allows displaying all files regardless of the root.
Invoice List
Grid
New fields are added:
- Amount Due (Provider’s currency)
- Amount Paid
- Payment Date
- Adjusted Amount
- Unpaid Amount
- Total Amount Due
- Bill Pay Status
- Payment Method
The choice of columns is possible in custom profile as it is prior to this release.
Kanban
New Partial Payment filter is available help users identify partially paid invoices.
Invoice Payment Information
- Addition of the Bill Pay status.
- Addition of the Payment Method field in the General subsection of the Information section.
- Addition of the Date of Last Payment field in the Date subsection of the Information section.
- Addition of the following fields in the Amount section:
- Amount Paid
- Adjustment
- Remaining Amount to Pay
- Redesign of the invoice action history.
- Global export of action history.
AP Settings
GL and tax codes can be filled in going down to the BAN level (previously applied on the provider level only). If a code is associated with the operator, it will only apply to accounts without a specific code. Accounts that have no account-specific GL and tax codes will take in the value of the code indicated on the provider level.
Mytem Grid (general improvement, all tables in mytem)
Here is the list of improvements to the grid component:
- Technical redesign and optimization of its construction.
- Improvement of the sticky menu.
- Multi-field header search.
- Improvement of field movement on custom profile.
- Field movement from the sticky.
- Display of row action menu actions after right-clicking on the row.
- Display of header action menu actions after right-clicking on a row selection (mass actions).
Technical
Migration to Angular 16.
