This section describes the new features that will be included in the next mytem360 release, scheduled for Tuesday April 1st 2025.
1. Product group migration:
The offers and products billed by operators are adapting to new technologies and current usage. To reflect this reality, we have decided to reorganize the product categories displayed in mytem360.
These changes affect all the financial aspects of our software solution.
They mainly concern the following features :
- Dashboard,
- Reports,
- KPIs & widgets,
- Line lists,
- ERP exports,
- Manual invoice entry.
These new allocations of billed operator products will have varying impacts depending on your internal processes and your use of the financial module of mytem360.

Artificial intelligence features developed by Saaswedo have been integrated integrated to increase efficiency and enable you to optimize the allocation of operator costs across the various groups.
2. Customizable fields added at provider and billing account level.
mytem360 now offers 10 customizable fields on supplier records and billing accounts to enable you to add as much specific information as possible relating to these objects.

3. Adding the pack name to the order emails:
When an order is placed, to complete the information, the name of the pack will be automatically specified in the body of the e-mail.
4. Development of new APIs:
Improvement and harmonization of Orange and SFR APIs on management acts:
- Implementation of controls for line suspensions and reactivations,
- Pre-entering of account and sub-account fields.
5. Improved user experience:
Update of mytem360's visual components with improvements mainly in the following features:
- New grids for improved access to action selectors,
- Customization of table column widths,
- More intuitive date and period selector,
- Addition of a button for copying field information,
