Understand the different tools and fields available to track CF integration on a monthly basis |
To check whether SWD has received and integrated a customer's invoices for a defined list of invoicing accounts:
- Go to myconsole
- Go to SWD/Console DI
- Pick "Follow-up Integration of declared BAN invoices " module, the partner can
To do this, click on the SWD/Console DI menu.
Then click on the "follow up integration of declared BAN invoices".
The following table appears :
The field allows you to select the client
The field allows you to select the BAN category you wish to view
- MONITOR AND DO NOT MONITOR
- MONITOR
- DO NOT MONITOR
- UNDEFINED
After each change of filter you need to press the button.
Here is a description of the columns available:

The monthly columns can be of different colors. Here's what they mean:
When the "Available in mytem360 date" is smaller that "Cycle start date", that means that the "Available in mytem360 date" is expected the following month and not the current. In such a case the date is tagged in blue as below.
So for that line we should look into the previous month if the invoice arrived or not.
Other buttons are available, described below:
The button allows you to display only CFs that are two days (or more) behind their expected availability date.
The results display in the month columns are made with the declared values (left). The average values (right) are displayed just for information.
The button allows you to export the table in XLSX format
The / button open or close the ability to modify the values of "Periodicity" and "Cycle start" columns. (The value '--' before the '/').
The button allows you to modify the status of the selected BANs and decide to FOLLOW or DO NOT FOLLOW them.
The button allows you to fill-up, for the selectedd lines, the declared values for "Periodicity" and "Cycle start", copying the indicative average values.
The calendar at the end of the row allow the display of the BAN integration details over the past months.
