Follow-up of Deposits |

Monitor the progress of a file (invoice) after it has been submitted for integration into mytem360. |
Once a file (invoice) has been submitted for integration into mytem360, you can monitor its processing progress.
To do this, click on "Customer/Repository".
Then, click on the "Follow up of Deposits" tile.
The following page will pop up:
To facilitate and refine searches, several types of filters can be applied to the list of deposited files:
- By clicking on the icon in the Date column, a calendar appears, displaying all the files uploaded between two dates.
- By clicking on the icon in the file column, a text box appears, allowing you to enter the name of the file you are looking for.
- By clicking on the icon of the Client, Flux, Status, First name, Name columns, a window appears, allowing you to either manually enter a word to be filtered, or to choose the search term from a list.

- By clicking on the Import Type and Status column icons, a filterable choice list appears.

Current filters are displayed in orange inserts in the column title.
Filters can be combined.
- It is possible to clear the filters by clicking on the buttons.
- The button allows the user to export a list of dropped files, in CSV format.
Meaning of the different statuses :
Submitted: the file has been submitted and is awaiting processing
In process: the file is being converted
File error: the file cannot be processed (e.g.: naming error, corrupted file, Error = java.lang. ...)
Integrated: processing (conversion) of the file is complete; the invoice will be available in mytem360 very shortly.
Loaded: the invoice is available in mytem360
