Search for items in databases without logging on to the mytem360 interface |
By clicking on the "Search Module" menu, partners can search for information (e.g. line number, SIM, IMEI, etc.) on all their customers without logging on to the mytem360 interface.
To do this, click on the Partner/Tools menu
Then click on the Search Module tile
The following table will be displayed
Select the search type by clicking on .
Several types of search are available:
-
Search by employee (surname, first name, email, personnel number)
The search by employee lists the elements found in the database and indicates for each of them its type (e.g. employee), the customer where it is located, the master group where it is located and whether or not it is present in the customer's inventory.
By clicking on an employee, a new page appears, showing the customer for whom the employee is registered, his/her surname, first name, the management groups in which he/she appears and whether he/she is part of a directory and/or a park and directory.
-
Search by line
Search by line to find which customer a line belongs to, as well as its Master Group (if different).
By clicking on the line number, a new page appears displaying two tables:
The account information table lists the operators who bill or have billed the line, the REF (Saaswedo information), the accounts, sub-accounts, contract numbers and the last month of billing by operator.
The information table lists all the organizations for this client (client organization, directory, operator, ...) and indicates which one(s) the line is on.
By default, the table indicates the path on which the line has been located for the last 3 months.
The calendar icon allows you to go back to previous billing months to view any location changes within each organization.
-
Search by Login
The Login search allows you to find a mytem360 user, his customer perimeter and his Master Group.
By clicking on the login found, a new page appears showing you the list of clients to which this login has access, their Master Groups and, for each client, the access perimeter that has been defined.
By clicking on the icon at the end of each line, this displays a new table showing the modules that have been opened for login on this client.
-

This type of search can be used to find a piece of equipment (IMEI, serial no., IMEI2), its scope, its Master Customer Group and whether it is part of a customer fleet.
By clicking on the item found, a new page appears, displaying two tables:
- The Equipment information table shows whether the element is attached to a line 1, a line 2, an e-Line 1, and its status (Active or not).
- The Management Group Information table recalls the customer to which the equipment is attached, as well as all the Management Groups to which it is assigned (e.g. operator group, customer group, etc.).
-
