Transfer a document to one or multiple users directly in their Mybox360 module |
By clicking on the "MyBox360 deposit" menu, partners can send a file directly to the "MyBox360" module of a user's mytem360 account, or send an e-mail to one of their customers, enabling them to download the file.
To do this, click on the Partner/Tools menu.
Then click on the "Mybox360" tile.
The file deposit takes place in 4 steps:
1. Step 1: Client
Select a client by clicking on the bar.
(Only the partner's clients are visible on this list).
Step 2: User
By clicking on the button, the partner can select users with mytem360 access for this customer.
The selected users will receive the file directly in their "MyBox360" module.
By clicking on the button, the partner can manually enter a customer's e-mail address.
The customer will receive an email containing a download link to upload the file sent by the partner.
Step 3: File
To drop a file, simply drag it into the rectangle.
After downloading, a status of the uploaded file(s) is available.
Step 4: Confirmation
Click on the "Submit" button to to send the file(s).
Users with mytem360 access receive the file in their "MyBox360" module.
Customers without mytem360 access will receive an e-mail allowing them to download the file.
