Create a new client organization with or without nodes assigned to them |
mytem360 lets you create and manage client organizations.
The menu Administration of organizations lets you consult all types of organizations (provider, client type) and allows you to manage the client organization type.
To create a new client organization, simply click on the + button
The window below appears allowing you to enter the name of the new organization and a comment.
Once you have entered the name of the organization, mytem360 will ask you to create (and/or rename) the structure of your organization (the number of levels)
You can add or remove an organization level either by right-clicking on the node or by using the plus or minus buttons
Once you click on Submit you will be able to name the different levels by right-clicking on the row that you would like to modify.
Once you have validated the name of your levels (ideally categories like State, City, District, or Department), you will be able to look it up in the client organization list by clicking on the blank field "no selected node ".
Select the organization in the drop-down list, in this example it's the Guggenheim Museum.
