Create and manage assignment rules for phone lines |
mytem360 allows the administration of automatic line assignment rules from a supplier or custom organization to a custom organization.
To create a new rule, simply click on the button
Three types of rules are available:
1 - Directory assignment rule
This rule concerns an assignment whose source is an employee in your directory to a node in the client organization
2 - Supplier type assignment rule
This rule concerns an assignment whose source is a supplier account or sub-account to a node in the customer organization
3 - Customer Inter-Organization Assignment Rule
This rule concerns an assignment whose source is a node of a customer organization to the node of another customer organization
1 - Directory assignment rule
This rule concerns an assignment whose source is an employee in your directory to a node in the client organization
In order to apply this rule, you must have the Asset Management module
Once you have selected this rule, you must select the target customer organization.
As well as the scope of application.
The button allows you to go to the following step.
You will now select the desired employee in the directory and click on the button once again.
You will now select the target node in your client organization.
If one or more rules already exist with the same source, they will be indicated at the bottom of the page.
The icon allows you to go further.
A summary of the new rule will be displayed.
After clicking on the button, the new rule will be created.
2 - Supplier type assignment rule
This rule allows you to establish relationships between the operator billing accounts and the structure of your customer organization so that the new lines created in an operator account are automatically assigned to the right place in your organization.
Once you have selected this rule, you need to select a supplier (provider).
Next, you need to select your target customer organization.
The icon allows you to go further.
You will now select the desired provider account as the source node and click on
You will now select the target node in your client organization.
If one or more rules already exist with the same source, they will be indicated at the bottom of the page.
This step of the creation process allows you to add exceptions to the rule. If you exclude a sub-account, the rule will not apply to the rows of this sub-account. In this case there is no sub-account. But if yours provider organization does, the list of subaccounts will unfold.

A summary of the new rule will be displayed.
After clicking on the button, the new rule will be created.
3 - Inter-Client Organization Assignment Rule
This rule concerns an assignment whose source is a node of a client organization to a node of another client organization
Once you have selected this rule, you need to select a source customer organization
Next, you need to select your target customer organization.
As well as the scope of application.
The icon allows you to go further.
You will now select the desired provider account as the source node and click on
You will now select the target node in your client organization and click Next.
If one or more rules already exist with the same source, they will be indicated at the bottom of the page.
The icon allows you to go further.
A summary of the new rule will be displayed.
The button creates the rule .
