Edit the FPCU prices of an active service |
The FPCU (unique end of contract period) allows you to define time slots during which a service will be offered at a non-standard rate.
Mytem allows you to define several FPCUs for the same service in mytem360.
To edit them:
1. Go to Settings -> Catalog management
2. Click on the Active Services Catalog tab
3. In the table on the Active Services Catalog page, click on the name of the service for which you want to edit the rates:
4. You will arrive on the catalog sheet of your service, click on the Tarif engagement and FPCU:
5. In Tarif engagement and FPCU section, select the Pack for which you wish to edit the FPCU prices of the service:
6. At the top right of the table, toggle the button to FPCU Price:
To add an FPCU period
1. Click on a period in the timeline that is not subject to an FPCU rule:
2. Fill in the pop-up window:
- the FPCU period by clicking on the calendar logo in the period field
- the price by clicking in the price field
3. The FPCU timeline and the settings table are updated.
Note: You can add several FPCUs for the same service, by clicking again on a free period of the FPCU time bar.
To remove an FPCU period
Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row and select Remove:
To modify an FPCU period
To modify an FPCU period, click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row ("more menu" button) and select Edit (or click directly on the period of the FPCU time bar):
