Consult the log of actions made in the inventory module |
The "action log" module, accessible from the "Management" menu, allows you to display the history of all the actions carried out on the inventory module since its activation, without time limit.
The module also allows you to display the history related to items excluded from a management group or from the entire fleet.
A global export accompanies the module (via MyBox360).
This guide presents :
- How to access the "Action History" module
- A description of the data displayed
- How to filter the data on a specific perimeter and/or period
- How to export the displayed data
1 - Access the module action log
In the menu on the left of the application :
- Click on Management, then
- Click on Action log
2 - The data
Each line of data displayed in the table corresponds to an action performed. You will find 4 columns:
- Management group: which specifies the management group in which the action was performed
- User: which indicates the first and last name of the user who performed the action
- Action: which describes the action performed (for example "The line 06xxxxxxxx has been dissociated from the employee Y")
- Date: which shows the date on which the action was performed (for example "15/04/2021 16:06")
You can search or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
The number of items displayed is indicated at the top of the table:
3 - Filter the data displayed
To modify the scope or the period of data restitution, click on "Advanced filters" at the top right or on one of the 2 buttons "Management group" or "Period" (the last 3 months are displayed by default when you enter the module):
1. Click on the "Management Group" section to select a particular management group:
2. Click on the "Period" section to select a particular period:
4 - Export the action log
1. Click on Export :
2. Get your export in mybox360 :
