| Site Import Matrix |
In the asset management module, the "Site" matrix allows you to
- update the site associated with a line of associated objects in the asset pool (employee, line, equipment, ...)
- update the information of a site
- create a site
***New in April 2026***
The site import matrix has been enhanced with the addition of 3 new columns:
- "MANAGEMENT GROUPS" which allows direct assignment of sites to one or more management groups. This field can contain multiple values, meaning several management groups separated by commas (","). For example: "Group A, Group B, Group C". The specified management group must exist at the root. If at least one of the provided groups does not exist, the import will fail for that line and a detailed error log entry will be created. If the field is empty, the site is imported attached to a management group.
- "SIRET" exclusively in the mytem360 EU version (maximum 14 numeric characters). If the entry contains more than 14 characters, only the first 14 digits will be kept and recorded. If the entry contains letters or non-numeric characters, the import for that line fails and a detailed error log entry is generated.
- "CURRENCY" (ISO 4217 format: EUR, USD, GBP…) - preformatted, the column offers a dropdown menu with possible choices.

Update the location linked to a line of associated objects in the asset pool (employee, line, equipment, ...)
To update the site linked to a line of associated objects in the asset pool, you need to use:
- the Line UUID
- the Site UUID
Line UUID -> Corresponds to the unique ID of an object association line in the asset pool
To retrieve a Line UUID, simply export the asset pool from the Asset Management module. It is shown in the first column.
Site UUID -> Corresponds to a unique site declared in the account management
To retrieve a Site UUID, simply export sites from the Settings module -> Account Management -> Physical Sites. The UUID is shown in the first column of the exported file.
To associate the Atlanta site with my object association line shown above, use the matrix by simply filling columns B (LINE UUID) and C (SITE UUID):
After processing the matrix, the site is correctly associated in the asset pool:
To create a new site (not present in site management) which will be directly associated with your objects:
Leave the SITE UUID field empty and fill in the mandatory and optional site information fields as needed.
The site will be associated with your objects in the asset pool and will be automatically created in the account management module.
To update a site
Enter the SITE UUID you want to update, then re-enter all existing fields in the matrix, correcting what you want to update. All existing fields not included in the matrix will be erased.
To create a new site without association
Leave the Line UUID field empty and fill in the mandatory fields to create the site. The site will simply be created in the site management module to be used later.
WARNING:
If the LINE or SITE UUIDs indicated in the matrix do not exist, the update for the concerned line will not be performed.
