• Schedule a recurrent report

In step four of report creation and dissemination, you can define a recurring schedule for a given report.

The recurrence is a pre-programmed frequency of the same report, having the same scope, with the period (for example monthly) adjusted for in each dissemination.

Once a recurrent report is scheduled, we can give this schedule a name, as well as the date in every month when the report is supposed to be sent. The first dissemination will therefore not be immediate, but will be sent on the day that it is scheduled to go.

Once the scheduled day for the recurring report is chosen by the user, mytem will indicate its dissemination day. The set up of the schedule does not mean that mytem will send the report immediately, but it will disseminate on the schedule that it is set to go.

All the reports that are scheduled to go on the 30th or 31st of each month are in reality sent by mytem on the 28th day of the month, to make sure that the reports are sent regardless of a leap year or a regular year.

You will be able to see and manage a scheduled report in the menu "Manage reporting schedules".

This menu allows you to do perform various tasks such as activate a previously suspended report, delete a schedule, suspend, modify, or even duplicate a dissemination.
