Manage reporting schedules |
You can manage the scheduled reports in the menu "Manage reporting schedules" in the module Reports 360.
All of the scheduled reports are listed in a table where data in each column can be sorted, filtered, or searched.
You can perform several actions through this table.
Actions:
- Activate or disactivate the dissemination of a report
A report scheduled gets an active status by default. It can be disactivated.
Being disactivated means that all the settings are saved (scope, recipients), but that the report is not sent to the intended recipients.
- Delete a scheduled report
You can delete a scheduled report. Once deleted, the report and its set up cannot be restored.
Like all the actions in mytem360 tables, the features can be accessed by clicking on the icon at the end of each row of a given report.
- Test a dissemination
You can perform a test diffusion if you have saved a report. This can be accessed via the icon at the end of each row of a given report.

Features locked for editing:
Mytem360 users having full access to their client accounts will be able to see and edit the reports displayed on the table of scheduled reports.
Users who have limited access to their client accounts will be able to edit reports to a limited extent.
For example: a scheduled report "Inventory" (Fleet Management) cannot be edited by a user who has no access to the "Inventory" module.
