	Create a customized profile for displaying data

 

You can customize the data that you would like to display in the inventory module by creating profiles.

1 – Create a customized profile

The number of profiles you can create is unlimited. This means that you can juggle between several profiles.

 The default profile, which cannot be modified, is the one that loads as soon as you access the inventory module. It is displayed in the following order: organization, employee ID, employee, IMEI, device brand, device, phone number, and SIM number.

1.1 -Click on to open the list of search criteria (profile management).

1.2 – You will get to a profile creation page.

- Click on to create a new profile.

- Name your newly created profile and then click enter.

1.3 - You are now using your new profile.

Click on the fields you are interested in to highlight them. They will turn blue.

The chosen field displays as a column header in the Inventory table.

The columns appear on the table as you add them (or disappear if you delete them). 

 A search zone allows you to quickly lookup the field you are interested in.

2 - Move over columns of the data being displayed

You can rearrange columns in your new profile.

2.1 -. Click on the header of the column you would like to move or rearrange. Drag and drop it in the area where you would like to position it.

2.2 - Repeat the same process for the other columns that need to be rearranged.

3 - Modify a profile

3.1 - Go to the zone containing the profiles.

3.2 - Roll down the list of profiles available and choose the one to be modified.

3.3 - Once you are in the profile, add or delete the fields as you need.

  

4 – Delete a profile

4.1 - Go to the profiles zone.

4.2 - Select the profile in the list and click on to delete.
