This mytem360 module enables you to manage your supplier contracts with their commitment periods, RFA (end of year discounts), the possibility of creating end-of-contract alerts, etc.

To access the module, go to Settings -> Contract management

The table displayed shows all the contracts registered on your root.

Using the data spreadsheet: 

By default, the spreadsheet displays the following columns:

• Provider
• Agreement name/number
• Contract type
• Status (Active; In progress; Closed; Suspended; Initialised)
• Contract start date (Effective date)
• Renewal terms (None, Express, Tacit)
• Progress bar (by hovering over it, you will be able to see : the contract start date, the end of contract date, the notice date, as well as the first and second alert dates)
