Managing the duration of commitment of a contract |
- Go to Settings -> Contract Management
2. In the grid, click on the Agreement Name/Number you'd like to see the details of.
3. Click on Duration of commitment
This form is divided in 3 parts :
Minimum commitment period
- Minimum Commitment (months)
- Renewal terms
- Tacit
- Express (Renewal of a contract by an explicit and formal agreement of the parties)
- None
- Renewal duration (months)
- Greyed out if the 'Maximum number of renewals is set to 'none'.
- Notice period (months) -> Temporal limit after which modification of the terms of the contract or terminating the contract isn't possible anymore.
- Greyed out if the 'Maximum number of renewals is set to 'none'.
- Maximum number of renewals
- Automatic renewal date
- Greyed out if the 'Maximum number of renewals is set to 'none'.
- Automatically calculated based on the 'Effective date (start date)', 'Renewal duration (months)' and the Notice period.
- Remaining notice period (days)-> Number of days before the end of the notice.(automatically calculated).
- Early termination fees (amount)
- Early termination fees (%)
Minimum annual revenue commitment
- Minimum annual revenue commitment
- Maximum annual revenue commitment
- Commitment period minimum annual revenue
- Commitment period maximum annual revenue
- Order type (Standard Contract, Purchase order contract)
Year-end discount
In this grid, you will find:
- Activation date (Activation)
- Beginning of the period (From)
- End of period (To)
- The discount in percentage (Discount)
To add a new field, click on 'Add a range' :
