Administrating a contract's documents |
For this part of the contract administration module to be visible, you'll need to have access to the "Show documents section" in the Console login administration. This restriction was set up for confidentiality reasons as there might be sensitive information archived there.
1. Go to Settings -> Contract Administration
2. In the grid, click on the contracts' "Agreement name/number" to open up the detailed contract form.
3. In the contract details, select "Documents" at the top where the page summary is:, dans le menu présentant les différentes sections, cliquez sur Documents.
To add a document:
1. Click on 'Import'
2. Drag and drop your file or click on the greyed square to browse your documents :
6. Once accepted by Mytem, it will appear in the File list.
To delete a document:
Click on the 3 little dots at the end of the document you'd like to delete from the list and click on 'Delete'
