Segment
The Mobile section has not been renamed.
The Landline section is renamed Fixed Voice.
The IT Services is renamed Data.
Product type
The product type is still made up of the Subscription and Usage breakdown.
Category and product groups

For the Mobile segment, Subscription product type:
The new Main Subscription product category offers a breakdown into “Voice and data”, “Data only” and “IoT”.
Features are divided between features and international features.
Equipment, whether terminals or accessories, is now subdivided into purchase and lease.
One-time charges now distinguish between one-time charges and penalties.
Discounts and adjustments now each have their own product group, making it possible to distinguish between Adjustments and Discounts.
Two new product groups are proposed: Taxes and Other.

To make it easier to understand the breakdown of usage costs, we have divided them into 4 categories:
- Domestic (for all domestic usage)
- International (for all international calls)
- Roaming (for any type of usage originating from overseas)
- Discounts (for any usage-related discount)
The Domestic category subdivides usage into:
- Domestic calls
- Domestic data
- Domestic SMS-MMS
- Other
The International category subdivides usage into:
- International calls (calls made from a nationwide area to an international one)
- International SMS-MMS
The Roaming category subdivides usage into:
- Roaming out calls (outbound calls originating from overseas)
- Roaming in calls (incoming calls received from overseas)
- Data Roaming (overseas data usage)
- SMS-MMS Roaming
The Discounts category, which includes all discounts linked to usage in this segment.

A new Hosting category classifies costs relating to Hosting, Software and Licenses.
One-time charges now distinguish between one-time charges and penalties.
Discounts and adjustments each have their own product group, making it possible to distinguish between Adjustments and Discounts.
