You can access further details about a line in its line information sheet.
The fields in the sections giving further details change depending on the type of line being examined (mobile, wireline, or data). This part of the user guide provides more information related to the phone line.
The information section pour a wireline and data line are indicated towards the end of this guide.
1 – Access the phone line information sheet (mobile)
1.1 - Click on a phone number in the inventory.
1.2 - The line information sheet appears.
1.3 - Clicking on the section names available from 1.2 sends you directly to the section indicated.
2 - Data in the line information sheet (mobile)
The items in gray cannot de modified.
2.1 - You can indicate whether a line is BYOL (personal phone line) in the field « name of phone number ».
2.2 - You will find details such as phone number, SIM card number, vendor billing account, employee name, and employee ID in the “line information” zone.
2.3 - Location. This section allows to see if the phone line has a site or working address assigned to it. You can choose from the sites already set-up in mytem through the drop-down menu (orange arrow). Alternatively, you can create a new site by completing the different fields. In this case the required fields are name of the site, address, postal code, city, and country.
2.4 – Vendor contract

- Contract duration
- Opening date
- Renewal date
- Termination date
- Duration of eligibility
- Date of eligibility
- Contract ending date, renew by date
2.5 - You will find all the products that have been billed to the phone line in the « Subscriptions and options » zone.
2.6 – You will find customizable fields for a phone line in the zone « Various ».
