Configure your providers |
Manage providers along with their billing accounts and sub-accounts.
This form presents :
- The grid referencing all the providers managed on the account
- How to consult and edit your provider's information
- How to create a provider
- How to deactivate or activate a provider
- How to delete a provider
- How to view the history of actions performed on a supplier (log)
- How to export the list of your providers
1 - The provider grid
The table shows the following information:
- Supplier
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Duration of commitment
- Single CPE
- Activated accounts
You can search or filter the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
2 - Consult and edit the information of your providers
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the provider that you would like to consult. Choose edit.
2. The provider information page opens, where you can consult and modify the sections :
- Supplier information
- Eligibility
- Supplier account
The section you are located is highlighted in the menu.
You can access each section directly by clicking on its name.
In the provider information section, you will be able to consult and modify (only on the non-gray fields):
- the provider's name
- the end of the unique contractual period (FPCU)
- date
- the monthly penalty amount
- the fixed cancellation fee
- early termination tolerance percentage
- the engagement period or lock-in (in months)
Confirm your changes by clicking on Submit :
In the Eligibility section, you will be able to consult and modify :
- the default eligibility period for new lines (in months)
- the opening date of the lines after order
- the renewal date of the lines after order
Confirm your changes by clicking on Submit:
In the provider account section, manage the billing accounts and sub-accounts (un)ticking them
NB :
- You can add a fictitious account (which does not come from nor feed back to the invoicing data) as well as its sub-accounts. This is better done on a generic or private provider.
- Alternatively, you can add an account that comes from an actual billing data.
In the Supplier Account section, click on Add a billing account:
Indicate the supplier account, then click on Next :
Indicate the sub-account, then Submit:
The account will appear in the list of accounts for the provider in question. Tick on its left to activate it.
3 - Create a provider
1. Click on Add a provider:
2. Fill in the required fields. You can add the optional fields if it helps.
Note: You can add a provider that does not have billing data. It can be generic or private. A private provider means that it only appears in the specific client environment where it was created.
When mytem detects invoice data from a provider that it has already uploaded, the indication below will appear next to the supplier name in the supplier information sheet.
Inversely, when mytem detects no data previously uploaded from a provider, the indication below appears.
3. Finalize your entry by clicking on Submit:
4. After submitting, mytem takes you to the provider information file. This is where you can complete the eligibility and providerr account sections if necessary, as seen in the previous steps.
4 - Deactivate/Reactivate a supplier
To deactivate a supplier :
1. Click on "more menu" or the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the provider that you would like to deactivate. Choose disable provider:
2. The provider appears in the grid with an inactive status.
To reactivate a deactivated provider:
1. click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the provider that you would like to reactivate and click on Activate Provider.
2. The site appears in the grid with an active status.
5 - Delete a supplier
1. Click on more menu (the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the provider that you would like to delete. Choose remove.
2. Deleting is irreversible. Click on Continue to confirm.
6 - Log of actions made on a supplier
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the provider whose log you would like to see. Choose see logs.
2. A new log window, "History of actions" opens and shows every modification made on the provider.
- the user who made the action
- the description of the action
- the date when the action was done
You can search on the log data.
You can also search or filter on the columns by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
The button gets the data for you in csv or xls format.
7 - Export your provider list
1. Click on Export.
2. Get the exported file in mybox360 :
