Manage the packs associated to your account |
The Packs module allows you to manage the packs associated with your account.
A pack will appear in the order module with a label and will be made of:
- equipment associated with a provider
- services associated with a provider
This page contains :
- The grid (table) referencing all your packs
- How to consult and edit the information of your packs
- How to create a pack
- How to deactivate or activate a pack
- How to delete a pack
- How to consult the log of actions performed on a pack
- How to export the list of your packs
1 - The grid showing the packs
The table shows you the list of active and inactive packs in your account:
- Labels or names of the pack
- Internal code
- Comment
- Number management groups associated to them. By clicking on the number indicated, the list of management groups appears:
- Number of associated users. By clicking on the indicated number, the list of users associated with the pack appears:
- Status (Active or Inactive) - When a pack has the inactive status, all the settings made around this pack remain in place, but it will no longer be visible in the order module.
- Start of validity
- End of validity
- Mandatory attachment
You can search or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
2 - Consult and edit your pack information
1. Click on "more menu" or the 3 small dots at the end of your pack's row and click on Edit:
2. The Edit Profile window opens, where you can view and edit the fields:
- Label
- Internal code
- Comment
- Mandatory attachment (refer to the following page for more details on this option https://saaswedo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059950591-Make-an-attachment-mandatory-in-a-given-order
3 - Create an order profile (also called a "pack")
1. Click on Create a profile.
2. Fill in the required fields of the Create a profile (pack) window and if necessary the optional fields, then Submit:
3. After clicking on button, the new pack is added to the table:
4 - Deactivate/Reactivate an order profile (pack)
To deactivate an order profile (pack):
1. Click on the 3 little dots or "more menu" at the end of the row whose pack you would like to deactivate. Click on Deactivate profile (pack):
2. The profile pr pack appears in the table with an Inactive status, and the end of validity date is set when the action was performed:
To reactivate a deactivated pack:
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line of the pack you want to reactivate and click on Activate profile (pack):
2. The pack appears in the grid with the status Active:
When a profile (pack) has the inactive status, all the settings made around this pack remain in place, but it will no longer be visible in the order module.
5 - Delete a profile (pack)
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row containing the profile you would like to remove. Choose Remove:
6 - Log of actions performed on a pack
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line of the row containg the profile (pack) whose logs you would like to see. Click on See logs:
2. A log page opens and shows the changes made made on a given profile (pack):
- the User who made the action
- the Description of the action
- the Effective Date
You can search on all the displayed data:
You can also search or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
Use the icon to get your data in a .csv format.
7 - Exporting the list of your profiles (packs).
1. Click on Export:
2. Get your export in mybox360.
