Manage your resellers |
Manage the resellers in your account, their contacts, and the providers related to them.
This form presents :
- The grid referencing all the resellers managed on the account
- How to view and edit your resellers and their contact information
- How to create a reseller
- How to deactivate or activate a reseller
- How to delete a reseller
- How to view the log of actions made on a reseller
- How to export the list of your resellers
1 - The reseller grid
The table shows you all the resellers related to the account, whether they are active or inactive.
- the name of the reseller
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Type (Generic or private reseller)
- Address
- Country
- Currency
You can search or filter the columns by moving the mouse over the different headings.
2 - Consult and edit reseller information
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the reseller that you would like to consult. Click Edit:
2. The reseller page opens, where you can consult and modify the sections:
- Generic equipment information
- Associated suppliers
- SLA
- Distributor contacts
The page highlights the section where you are.
You can access each section directly by clicking from this menu.
In the reseller information section, you will be able to consult and modify (only on the non-greys fields):
- Type
- address
- the phone number
- SIREN number
- Currency
- the internal code
Confirm your changes by clicking on Submit:
You can choose the provider to assign to your reseller in the associated providers section.
You can define the delivery time (in days, hours or minutes) in the SLA section.
- delivery after order
- of activation of an option
- for taking into account a cancellation (in working days)
- to take into account a suspension (in working days)
- to take into account a reactivation (in working days)
Confirm your changes by clicking on Submit:
You will find the following information in the provider contacts section:
- Contact
- Function
- Internal code
- Address
- Phone
You can edit a contact, by clicking on "more menu" or the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding your reseller.
You will then be able to edit:
- The general information of the contact.
- The contact roles.
The Add a contact button lets you create a new contact by indicating general information about them and their roles.
3 - Create a distributor
1. Click on Add a distributor.
2. Fill in the required fields, and if necessary the optional fields.
3. Validate your entry by clicking on Submit:
4. Complete the sections : Submission takes you to the reseller page where you can enter the information below.
- Associated suppliers
- SLA
- Distributor contacts
if needed, as seen previously.
4 - Deactivating/Reactivating a reseller
To deactivate a reseller:
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row holding the reseller that you would like to deactivate. Then click on the button.
2. The reseller grid now indicates that this given reseller is inactive.
To reactivate a deactivated supplier:
1. click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row of the reseller that you would like to reactivate. Click on the option.
2. The grid now shows that the reseller is active.
5 - Delete a reseller
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the row indicating the reseller that you would like to delete. Click on remove.
2. Once deleted you can never get the reseller and its setup back. Click on continue to confirm.
6 - Log of actions carried out on a reseller
1. Click on "more menu" or the 3 small dots at the end of the row indicating the reseller whose log of actions you would like to consult.
2. A new window log of actions opens and shows the changes made on the reseller
- the User who performed the action
- the Description of the action
- the effective date
You can search for all the data available:
You can also search or filter on the columns by moving the mouse over the headings.
Use the button to retrieve the data in .csv format.
7 - Export the reseller list
1. Click on export:
2. Get this exported file in mybox360.
