Manage delivery and billing addresses |
Manage your addresses, consult the associated management groups and indicate their type (delivery and/or billing).
This guide shows you :
- The table referencing all the addresses under management on the account.
- How to consult and edit the information and the management groups associated to your addresses.
- How to create an address (site).
- How to deactivate or activate an address.
- How to delete an address.
- How to export the list of your addresses.
- How to consult the log of actions performed on an address.
- The management rules governing addresses.
1 - The table of addresses (sites)
The table shows you the list of active and inactive addresses for your account:
- Name of the site
- Reference
- Internal code
- Address
- Country
- Type -> Click on the type displayed to define the type of the site (Delivery and/or Billing)
- Status (Active or Inactive)
- Opening date
- Closing date
- Comment
You can search or filter on the columns with these options by moving the mouse over the different column headings.
2 - Consult and edit the information associated with your addresses
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line of the site you wish to consult and click on Edit:
2. The form opens, where you can modify the general information of the address.
3. Click on to validate.
4. After validating, you arrive on part 2 of the form: Management group
5. Check or uncheck the management groups that you want to link or unlink to the selected site:

Don't forget the possibility to search for a specific management group using the magnifying glass :
3 - Create a site (address)
1. Click on Create a physical location:
2. Fill in the required fields in the general information section and if necessary the optional fields:
The "Address" field is tied to the Google API and will suggest all the addresses that are similar to yours. However, if the address that you would like to enter is ot suggested, click on the phrase " Cependant, si l'adresse que vous souhaitez indiquer n'est pas proposée, cliquez sur le lien "Is your address not recognized by the system?" :
3. Click on Next to validate and get to the management group settings.
4. Select the management groups you would like to link to the newly created site:

4 - Deactivate/Reactivate a site (address)
To deactivate an active site:
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line of the site you wish to deactivate and click on Deactivate Site :
2.The status will turn Inactive.
To reactivate a deactivated site :
1.Click on "more menu" (the 3 small dots) at the end of the line of the address you would like to reactivate and click on Activate Site:
2. The site appears in the table with an Active status:
5 - Delete a site
1. Click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line of the site you wish to delete and click on Remove:
2. The removal is irreversible, click on Continue to confirm:
6 - Exporting the list of your sites
1. Click on Export:
2. Get your export in mybox360:
7 - How to consult the log of actions performed on an address.
1. Click on the 3 little dots or "more menu" at the end of the row for which you would like to display the log of actions. Click on See logs:
2. A new log window opens and shows the changes done for the given address.
- the User who made the action
- the Description of the action
- the Effective Date
8 - Site management rules
- If the closing date is after the current date then the site is active.
- If the closing date is before or equal to the current date then the site is inactive.
- If the closing date is absent then the site is active.
- The opening date of a site is optional.
- An inactive site is not selectable during an order.
- An inactive site is not selectable in an inventory detail (user, line, device sheets).
- An item in the inventory remains assigned to a site despite its closure.
