This action is done by clicking on Settings / Provider Product Management
1 - Perform a quick entry of provider product prices
Use the 'Price application period' menu to define the time range over which prices will be applied.
In our example, we will choose a period from January 2025 to September 2025.
By clicking on this menu and then on the Period field, you will select the desired period.
You must also ensure that the period of the products in our table falls within the price application period range (i.e., between January 2025 and September 2025).
Next, select the products for which you want to perform a quick price entry.
Having selected all products in our example, you can left-click the button at the top right of the table and then click on "Express setting"
A window appears confirming your choices
The quick entry applies as catalog prices the average amount observed over the analysis period.
After clicking the "Continue" button , the "Application Period" and "Catalog Price" columns update in the table.
2 - Deleting a quick entry of supplier product prices
If you want to cancel a quick price entry, you must select the products then left-click the button at the top right of the table and click "Delete rate(s)"

3 - Available KPIs
A list of three KPIs is available at the top right of the Product Management module
The "Total amount" KPI corresponds to the sum of all the amounts in the "Total Amount" column.
The "Total controlled KPI" represents the aggregate value of all total amounts for the products that have been reviewed.
The percentage of controlled amounts KPI reflects the proportion of controlled products compared to the total number of products in the table.
